Who we are

Lisa Blackwell Owner of One Pulse CPR, is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 30 years of experience in health care. She is passionate about helping others as well as teaching them to save lives. As a young girl at age 12 she was faced with a real life emergency situation when her father had a major stroke. Her quick thinking got him the help he needed and from and that moment on, her interest in helping others in healthcare began.
